Description
- It takes old, scrap electrical wires and cables and strips them down. It automatically separates the valuable copper metal from the plastic insulation.
- You only need to feed the wires into the machine once. It uses multiple built-in components that work together automatically, controlled by a central computer system (PLC).
- It has a large processing capacity, uses a low amount of electricity, and does a highly accurate job of separating the metal from the plastic.
- Traditionally, people would burn old wires to melt away the plastic and get the copper, which creates highly toxic smoke and pollution. This machine is a “dry” mechanical system, meaning it chops and separates the materials without burning them. This protects the environment, prevents pollution, and allows both the copper and the plastic to be recycled and reused at a higher quality.
